Paul Donald Gerdes, 86, beloved husband for 61 years of JoAnn (Meyer), loving father of Ralph D. (Indianapolis, IN), the late Roger, Raymond (Diane), Richard, Connie and Jeanne (Rick Schloemer) Gerdes, loving grandfather of Emily and Robert Gerdes. Don was the son of the late Harry and Lillian Gerdes, dear nephew of Mary Naber, also survived by two brother-in-laws; Donald Meyer and Larry Barker and three sister-in-laws; Gerry Barker, Ruth Kramer and Jackie Meyer. Don was a graduate of Chase College and retired from Proctor & Gamble after 30 years. Passed away September 5, 2011. Visitation at Good Shepherd Church, 8815 E. Kemper Road, Montgomery, OH 45249 on Friday, September 9 from 11:00 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon.
